Gospel of John: Pool Called Bethesda

This session compares the experience of the crippled man at the pool of Bethsaida with Israel and their time at Kadesh. Just as this man waited 38 years to be healed as he tried to enter the waters in the pool, so too the generation of Israel waited 38 years as they camped in the wilderness. There is also a discussion on the significance of the water moving in the pool based on a similar action in Genesis chapter One.
